Concerns for Gerard Storey (64) posted missing while attempting across Ross route between Ardgay and Ullapool

GROWING concerns are being voiced for a 64-year-old man reported missing while attempting an across Ross road trip by bike.
Police have issued details of Gerard Storey in a bid to seek public help in tracking him down.
My Storey is understood to have left Ardgay on Tuesday morning at around 10.45am heading for Ullapool on his hand bike.
Police said there "are growing concerns" for Mr Storey who is described as 6ft, of average build, with a bald/shaven head and a full white beard.
He was last seen wearing a silver cycling helmet, yellow cycling jacket, black waterproofs and wearing Crocs.
He was cycling a yellow XCR hand-powered bike.
Police said: "Gerard was last seen leaving the Ardgay area to commence is journey at 10.45am on Tuesday."
Anyone who may have seen him or who has any information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident number 2929 of 2022.
