Chance of stardom for Highland likely lad

The TV talent scouts are out in the Highlands looking for their latest star.

Des Hamilton Casting, the BAFTA-winning casting company for both film and TV, specialise in finding new talent who may never have acted before and they are in the north now.

The company, whose credits include the Oscar-winning Jojo Rabbit, Netflix series Top Boy, The King (Timothée Chalamet) and High Life (Robert Pattinson) want to hear from anyone who might have the answer to their latest quest.

The London-based company are casting for a feature film about an Iranian family living in the city.

Casting director Jo Harris explained: "We are currently casting the lead role in a major TV series for MRC Television, Anonymous Content and Paramount Television, and will be auditioning young people from The Highlands as part of our national search."

To be specific, the company is looking for someone who fits this description:

Age 9-13 years to play British, bright, imaginative, articulate, likeable male.

No previous professional acting experience is necessary and it's free to apply.
