BEAULY CRASH UPDATE: Businesses reopen in Beauly Square following yesterday's dramatic truck crash which saw an oil delivery vehicle plough into an empty shop

A sense of normality has returned to Beauly today following yesterday's dramatic truck crash.
The peace of the village was shattered around 12.45pm yesterday when an oil delivery vehicle careered down Croyard Road before ploughing into an empty shop in Beauly Square in the High Street.
Neighbouring businesses were told to close for the afternoon while emergency services worked to free the vehicle.
One casualty is said to have walked away from the accident while another was removed from the vehicle however their condition is not known.
Businesses today reopened their doors this morning while the damaged building stood boarded up.
