Planning is well under way for the event which will run from 5pm-8.30pm on Sunday, July 3, in the gardens at Dunrobin Castle.

A variety of musical entertainment is being lined up with performances from Sutherland Caledonian Pipe Band, a Flash Mob Choir and a Scottish traditional music orchestra, among others.

The evening will end with an hour-long bop to Blues Band, Dougie Burns and the Cadillacs, who regularly feature at Belladrum Music Festival.

Music aside, there will also be plenty of other other entertainments, including falconry, cheerleading and gymnastic displays.

Clynelish Distillery will be giving whisky and cocktail tasting sessions and 20 charities will run fundraising stalls offering baking, face painting, games and other activities.

The garden party is sponsored by Brora based Edward Mackay Contractor.

Tickets, priced £10 for adults and £5 for children, are on sale from the Dornoch Bookshop and the Otters Couch, Brora, as well as online here.
