Bettyhill Gala organisers reveal new logo after running children's design contest

Organisers of Bettyhill Gala have unveiled their new logo after launching a children's design competition earlier this year.

Local girl Maisie Mackay submitted the winning entry.

Runner-up was Rhea Mackay with Lily Mackay in third place. All three received Amazon Vouchers.

A post on the group's Facebook page praises the children's efforts

It reads: "Well done kids, the committee members were impressed with your efforts. We can see that a lot of thought and effort has gone into the designs and choosing a winner was exceedingly difficult."
