ROSS (Achnairn, Lairg) - Peacefully in her home, on Thursday, 24th March, 2022, with her loving family by her side, Catherine 'Cathie' Margaret Ross, aged 88 years, "Woodend", Achnairn, Lairg. Beloved wife of the late Alick John (AJ), dearly devoted mother of David, Angus, Sheila and Fiona, dear mother-in-law of Pat, Angela, Angus and Derrick, adoring granny of Alan, Claire, Anna and Martin, doting great-granny of Angus and Cora, dearly loved sister of Geordie, Maureen, Christine and the late David and loved by all the extended family and friends. Funeral service was held in Lairg Parish Church on Wednesday, 30th March, thereafter to Lairg Cemetery. Donations, if so desired, may be sent to Alasdair Rhind, Funeral Directors, Sutherland House, Bank Street, Tain in memory of Cathie, for Lairg local charities or donate by bacs to rbs - s/c 83-27-35, a/c 00254580 ref the late Cathie.
