MACDONALD (Lairg) - Peacefully in his home, 'Glencoe', Gruids, Lairg, on Wednesday, 2nd June, 2021, Hugh 'Old Puss' Robert Macdonald, beloved husband of the late Irene, dearly loved father of William, Donnie and Cathel, dear father-in-law of Morag, loving granpa of Neil and Jenny, Lucy and Scott, adored great-granpa Gruids of Corrie and Archie, loving brother of Donnie and loved by all the extended family and friends. Funeral service will be held in Lairg Cemetery on Tuesday, 8th June at 1.00p.m. All friends respectfully invited. For those wishing to pay their respects the cortège will leave from the family home 'Glencoe', going down through Gruids and turning left on its way to Lairg/Cemetery. Family flowers only please but donations, if so desired, may be given at the service for Lairg Health Centre or sent to Alasdair Rhind, Funeral Directors, Sutherland House, Bank Street, Tain or by bacs to r.b.s.
