COWIE - David (formerly of the Free Church Manse, Bonar Bridge) died suddenly at his new home near Glasgow, on April 11th, 2023, aged 38 years. A dearly loved son of Rev. Alex and the late Lena Cowie; a cherished brother of Carl, Steven, Evelyn, Eleanor, Esther and Miriam. He is also mourned by his in-laws, Terri, Izzie, Prabhu, Tommy and Graeme, and his much-loved nieces and nephews, Carron, Shannon, Miller, Gregor, Bryson, Daniel, Anna and Innes. He will be sorely missed. Despite significant health problems and lifelong physical challenges, David had a radiant personality which drew people to him. He touched innumerable lives and, in turn, was greatly enriched by the kindness shown to him by the people who knew him. Funeral service to take place in Partick Free Church, Glasgow on 27th April, at 11:30am. A committal service will be held at Helmsdale Cemetery on 28th April at 12 noon. All old friends welcome.
