MACKENZIE (Assynt) - The family of the late John MacKenzie would like to convey their sincere thanks for all the support and thoughtful messages, on the loss of their dear Dad and Granda. Our thanks to the emergency services who dealt with the recent events with such sensitivity and to Alasdair Rhind for his compassion and guidance at such a difficult time. We are grateful to Rev. James Gracie for his personal and fitting service and to those who joined us to pay their last respects. The generous donations have raised £3115 for the Blythswood Care Ukraine Appeal. Thanks also to all the staff of Assynt Medical Practice for their care and attention over the years. Finally, our sincere gratitude to Iain and Karen Morrison and to Mairi MacRae, for their unfailing friendship and support to John and Cathie over many years.
