MACKAY - (Durness) The family of the late John Mackay (Shorty) would like to offer our sincere thanks to the many people who showed us kindness and support during his short illness. We would like to thank Kenny MacRae and Sons for their efficient and sympathetic arrangements and to Rev Andrea Boyes for her comforting service and also a thank you to the Smoo Cave Hotel for providing all the lovely refreshments. Finally a big thank you to everyone who was able to come to pay their last respects and who kindly donated £1,143.76 which will be shared between MS Society and Diabetes UK charities.
