MACKAY - (Embo) Mary's family would like to thank all relatives, friends, neighbours and colleagues for their expressions of sympathy and kindness extended to them in many ways following their sad loss. Grateful thanks to all at Raigmore Hospital, Inverness, Dornoch Medical Practice, and all other medical professions involved who so quickly and professionally arranged for Mary to come home where they continued to care for her and provided support to the family. Further thanks to Rev Susan Brown for her very fitting and comforting service, Willie Mackay for his tribute celebrating a life well lived and Willie Fraser for piping, the Café at the Old School, Embo for providing refreshments and Mairi Russell Funeral Services for their sympathetic and efficient handling of all arrangements and finally to everyone who attended the service, some travelling a distance, and generously donated £600.90 to Dornoch Medical Practice and the District Nurses & Carers.
