CAMERON (Lairg) - Daisy and all the family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to all relatives and friends for their kind and thoughtful messages of sympathy received by way of cards, flowers, telephone calls and support and also to thank the large amount of people who turned out to pay their last respects along the way as Hec took his final journey from his home at 5 The Terrace, Lairg to be peacefully laid to rest 'at the top of the hill'. We would like to say a big thank you to all the medical staff who cared for Hec, not least all his carers whom he dearly loved. Grateful thanks to Rev. Hilary Gardner for her uplifting service and to Alasdair Rhind Funeral Directors for his professionalism and help with all the funeral arrangements. Thank you to everyone who kindly donated generously to CHAS and Lairg Health Centre. The total received, to be shared equally, amounted to £625.10.
