ABBOTT - David (Alfie) Abbott wishes to thank his relatives, neighbours, friends and the Coghill family for all their help, kindness and support by way of visits, cards, phone calls and gifts after his dearly loved brother, Billy, peacefully passed away on 6th June, 2022. Many thanks to Craig Mowat (printer) for his efficient service and to Faye at Maisies Daisies for all the beautiful floral tributes along with her excellent service. Sincere and grateful thanks to the staff of the Cambusavie Wing of Lawson Memorial Hospital, Golspie for all the very dedicated care and treatment they gave Billy during his nine month stay and to the the staff of The Meadows Nursing Care Home who cared for Billy for the last two weeks of his life. Very sincere thanks to Ina Macpherson and Christine Cowie of Bunillidh Church of Scotland for their friendly welcome and help; to organist, Syd Barnett for playing Billy's favourite hymn tunes so beautifully; and to the Rev. Lorna Tunstall for all her advice, help, kindness, support and for her lovely, comforting service. Very many thanks to all the folk who attended Billy's funeral and who generously contributed £340 to the collection for The Cambusavie Hospital Patients Comfort Fund. Sincere thanks to La Mirage restaurant for their very good catering service and for providing a fine, tasty meal.
