Finalists announced for the Highlands & Islands Prosper Business Excellence Awards
From marine energy pioneers to social enterprises transforming communities, businesses from across the Highlands and Islands have been named as finalists in the 25th annual Prosper Business Excellence Awards.
Now a landmark event in the regional business calendar, the awards celebrate outstanding impact in areas including innovation, leadership, customer service, and community contribution.
The 2025 finalists reflect the depth and diversity of the Highlands and Islands economy, with entries from island-based SMEs to internationally recognised organisations.

“The finalists showcase represent the diverse nature of businesses in the Highlands & Islands and their contribution to Scotland's economy.
“Our judging panel were impressed by the high standard of nominations and were inspired by the positive impact that businesses are having on their communities.”
Stuart Mitchell, one of the UK’s top comedians, will join Prosper as host to celebrate the very best of business in the region.
The winners will be announced on September 11 at the Kingsmills Hotel, Inverness.
