A9 restricted in both directions south of Thurso after crash

The A9 is currently restricted in both directions south of Thurso after a crash occurred earlier today.

Traffic Scotland reported the incident at Tacher shortly before 12pm.

Emergency services were at the scene, however the severity of the incident is yet unknown.

Motorists are advised to approach with caution and expect longer than normal journey times.

Police Scotland has been contacted for comment.
