Sutherland shooter is on target at Tain Rifle Pistol Club Fundraising Shoot

A SUTHERLAND shooter was on target for success at the Tain Rifle Pistol Club fundraising shoot which was held last weekend.

Jory Roseveare from Rogart came out on top in the Three Trap Clay shoot who won 14 out of 15 Clays. Lee MacDonald finished in second place with Jim Gillan from Thurso in third place.

The B/Powder shoot was won by Charlie Begg from Tain with Rosevere claiming second place and John Maconald, Jim Gillan and Alex Clark all tied in third place.

Secretary Jim Gillan said: “Weather was perfect, everybody who came really enjoyed themselves.”
