The 25-year-old has signed a two-and-a-half year contract and is contention to make his debut against Huntly tomorrow.

Davidson previously played with Clachnacuddin, Fort William and Rothes before signing for Brora last season.

Both clubs confirmed the deal on Friday night with Brora manager Steven Mackay understanding the player's need for games.

He said: ‘We are sad to Scotty leave but fully understand his desire to play regular football.

"I was in a similar situation myself a few years back so I can relate to his situation.

"All strikers want to play and score goals.

"He goes with our full blessing and support.

"I am sure he will do well at Nairn, it’s a great club to play for.’
