Scourie had to call off last week’s game at Alness after players in the team were in close contact with a non-player who showed symptoms of Covid-19.

The North Caledonian Football Association announced as a precaution that the game was postponed.

Scourie manager Tony Reynoldson confirmed those players who self isolated have since tested negative and they have a squad available to welcome Alness to Achlochan Park tomorrow afternoon.

“A non-player who came off a boat to work in the area was showing symptoms of COVID-19,” he said.

“Some of our players were in a house with him.

“But the lads have had tests and they have come back negative.

“Thankfully we can get back to football, the match should be able to take place on Saturday.”

Scourie will be looking to pick up their first victory of the campaign after suffering defeats in their opening two games.

Reynoldson said: "It will be a hard game and we will try and keep it tight.

"We did well enough in our game against Inverness Athletic and probably should have got something out of it.

"Hopefully something can go for us this weekend."
