Representatives from Cabot Highland, Nairn Golf Club and Royal Dornoch Golf Club promote Highlands at world’s biggest golf industry event in Orlando, Florida





A GROUP attending the world’s biggest golf industry trade fair in the USA has been highlighting the lure of the Scottish Highlands.

Representatives from Royal Dornoch Golf Club, Nairn Golf Club along with Cabot Highlands and Kingsmills Hotel in Inverness are attending the PGA Show in Orlando, Florida.

They are promoting the Highland region at the event with golf tourism generating more than £300 million every year for the Scottish economy.

The annual PGA Show in Orlando attracts club professionals and influential tour operators from across America.

Among the representatives include Royal Dornoch general manager Neil Hampton and club captain Gary Bethune, Nairn Golf Club general manager Paul Mills, Director of golf and operations at Cabot Highlands and Kingsmills Hotel Group sales manager Tracey Milton.

Hampton said: “It’s the ideal setting for meeting up with old friends and forging new industry contacts in an increasingly competitive international sector.”
