Brora Rangers face a trip to Championship outfit Ayr United in the next round of the Scottish Cup if they can make it past Albion Rovers.

The Cattachs face a replay with Albion next weekend after their first meeting ended 0–0 at Dudgeon Park yesterday.

That has meant the club's previously scheduled Highland League match against Fort William has been rearranged for Wednesday, November 3.

Brora caught the eye in last season's Scottish Cup, scoring arguably the biggest upset in the competition's history as they knocked out then-Championship leaders Hearts.

A trip to Somerset Park would be a first time ever meeting between the sides if Brora can make it there, with third round ties set to take place on the weekend of November 27.
