The champions have suffered a blip in form in late as they have lost their last two matches. Two weeks ago, they were knocked out of the Scottish Cup first round with a 1-0 defeat to Fraserburgh at Dudgeon Park.

Before that, they suffered a 3-1 defeat away to Banks O’Dee in Aberdeen. Last week’s scheduled clash against Buckie Thistle at Dudgeon Park was one of seven matches postponed as a result of Storm Amy.

The only match that went ahead was Fraserburgh winning 1-0 at Brechin City at Glebe Park which sent them to the top of the table.

The Buchan outfit have won their last seven matches in the division which has seen them move two points clear of Brora Rangers at the top of the table. However, Brora do have two matches in hand on the new league leaders.

Fraserburgh will be looking to keep their place at the top of the table tomorrow when they travel to Aberdeen to face Banks O’Dee.

Third place Formartine United will be looking to strengthen their title challenge when they head to bottom of the table Rothes tomorrow afternoon.

Brechin City will be looking to get their campaign back on track when they head to Harlaw Park to face Inverurie Loco Works.

It was a defeat at Inverurie last season which saw Brechin lose top spot to Brora who then went on to win the title.

Elsewhere, a Moray derby takes place as Buckie Thistle are set to take on Forres Mechanics at Victoria Park. Clachnacuddin are set to take on Huntly at Grant Street Park with Nairn County taking on Keith at Station Park. Turriff United are set to face Lossiemouth while Wick Academy take on Strathspey Thistle at Harmsworth Park.
