AN Ullapool delicatessen and bakery has hit the market — and is looking for offers over £185,000.

Jojo Deli on West Argyle Street offers a range of baked goods, takeaway meals, ice cream and coffee.

Having owned the business since 2021, it is the owner’s desire to sell the business and move on to other business interests. According to estate agents, ASG Commercial, the owner maintains a part-time presence in the business, supported by a team of staff managing day-to-day activities.

The owner also produces and sells her own ice cream, which is offered within the deli and made in a separate production facility — this venture is available to purchase through separate negotiation.

As well as pavement seats below a French-style awning outside, the total floor area of the property is approximately 42m² with a mainly open plan layout. Facilities include a coffee machine, large chilled display cabinet, ice cream display freezer, a Rational professional oven, commercial mixer, a triple bread oven and all other expected appliances.

ASG Commercial said: “This is an excellent opportunity to acquire a profitable, high-footfall delicatessen in the heart of Ullapool. With strong kerb appeal, a smart open-plan layout, and a loyal customer base bolstered by NC500 tourism, it offers both stability and room for growth.”
