Theft from Far North Premier Inn site

POLICE in Thurso are appealing for information regarding a theft from the Premier Inn building site at Ormlie Road in Thurso around 11pm on Wednesday.

Officers would like to speak with anyone that has information regarding this or anybody who observed anything suspicious in the area around this time.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 8.30am on Thursday, 3 September 2020, police received a report of a break-in at a building site in Ormlie Rd, Thurso.

"The incident is believed to have occurred overnight and a quantity of tools and copper have been reported stolen.

"Enquiries continue."
