Highland Council says Lairg primary and nursery school will not open today

Lairg primary school and nursery are closed today.

Highland Council has confirmed the head teacher has notified them that the school’s 54 pupils and 10 nursery children will stay at home.

The closure was caused by a fault resulting in no water, heating and power.
