As part of Get Online Week, High Life Highland (HLH) is highlighting opportunities available to help people gain digital skills and confidence.

HLH’s adult learning service can help people make online connections and increase opportunities for online learning with a range of courses delivered both in-person and remotely.

Manager Mike Jones said: “We offer a range of different courses for people to take whether you have no experience at all with technology or want to use more such as social media, shopping or chatting with friends and family.

“Technology moves at a rapid rate and it can be daunting, and many don’t feel confident – that’s where we come in to help people develop these digital skills and ensure no one is left behind.”
