Royal Dornoch delight at 'mystery shopper' company accolade

Royal Dornoch Golf Club has achieved a 'Bronze Flag' status in the annual 59 Club awards of excellence - the coveted Golf Flag Destinations.

The club posted about its achievement on social media, saying: "The 59 Club are the leading mystery shopping survey and analysis company in the UK. Each year they award bronze, silver and gold flags to the best performing clubs.

"It is a tremendous achievement for everyone in our team as each area of the club comes under scrutiny, from the initial booking call to the welcome in the pro shop, the standard of food and beverage as well as the condition of the golf courses.

"In such difficult times during Covid-19, it is great to know that our team is still performing to the highest level."
