Road delays expected at Tore
Drivers can expect delays on the A9 trunk road on Thursday as work begins on the northbound carriageway between Glackmore and Tore Roundabout (420 metres).
Transport Scotland are making an investment of £35,000 in carriageway patching works and the replacement of road markings and studs.
The works are due to start on Thursday, 27th October and last for two days, (6.30am to 4pm).
The traffic management, single lane closure with convoy working, will be closely monitored. Supervision of the scheme will be carried out by Scotland Transerv on behalf of Transport Scotland.
Emergency services will have unrestricted access at all times.
Motorists should allow extra time for their journeys and pay attention to any advisory signs which will be in place throughout the works.
