AN Easter Ross lifeboat crew is working to meet the demand for visits from supporters keen to catch a glimpse of the vessel.

RNLI Invergordon says it has been taking steps to recruit a volunteer visits team.

The crew are excited to release the May 2022 dates for tours which will allow people to get alongside the impressive boat.

The vessel is berthed on a floating pontoon at the west harbour in Invergordon.

The tours are on May 8, 15, 22 and 29 and can be booked here.

They hope that more can be offered in the future to meet demand.

Visitors are advised to wear flat soled shoes and suitable outdoor clothing.

Due to the nature of the pontoon it can be challenging to access for those with mobility difficulties.

For more information on access, email invergordonvisits@rnli.org.uk.
