Police flag Tain public drop-in event at Duthac Centre with access to advice on antisocial behaviour, fire safety, health and energy crisis
ADVICE on everything from antisocial behaviour to cost of living support and fire safety is being offered at a free Easter Ross drop-in event.
Police Scotland is leading the community event in Tain on Wednesday, February 8 at the town's Duthac Centre.
They will be joined by partners including NHS Highland, Highland Council, the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and Home Energy Scotland.
Local area Inspector Christopher Murray said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for members of the community to come along and drop in to the Duthac Centre in Tain, and meet a number of partners who will be in attendance. These partners will be able to offer advice on a number of matters including housing matters, anti-social behaviour, fire safety, crime prevention, addiction support, and cost of living support.
“I am grateful to the partners for giving up their time to attend and allow the community to drop in and take the opportunity to speak directly to us all.”
The event is due to run from 10am to 2pm.
