A spokesperson for the trust said: “The aim of the sessions is to improve the wellbeing of all adults by providing valuable time to get out into nature, learn something new or just spend a few hours doing something you already enjoy.”

The first session will take place on Tuesday, February 11, and will be an opportunity to share ideas about what activities people would like to do. Communal cooking will be a feature of all the sessions.
