Highland Capital icerink shuts doors amid coronavirus fears

Inverness Ice Centre has become the latest facility to shut it's doors for the foreseeable future due to the coronavirus pandemic.

A post on their social media channels last night confirmed that the rink has closed until further notice following government advice issued yesterday.

The rink plays host to curling, ice hockey and ice skating among other events, all of which will be put on hold until the centre re-opens.
