There have been four additional confirmed coronavirus cases in the Highlands in the past 24 hours, new figures have shown.

They mean the tally for the NHS Highland area since the start of the pandemic has increased to 407.

Some 88 people have tested positive across Scotland in the last 24 hours, taking the national total to 20,195.

And there have been no more reported deaths of people who have tested positive.

Elsewhere in the north, NHS Grampian had six new recorded cases in the past day, taking its tally to 1927.
