Munlochy Animal Aid are hosting a virtual dog show.

A vital animal shelter fundraiser that has had to be cancelled because of Covid-19 restrictions is going online this weekend.

Iona Nichol, who has run Munlochy Animal Aid for 42 years in North Kessock, said: "The annual fete would have been on this weekend but obviously with Covid that won’t now be happening so we are trying to make up for it with online.

"We also have our raffle and my new book - Loving and Living with Animals - is just out so people can get a good read."

To enter the photo competition upload a photo here and pay £3 per class that you want your dog to be entered into, by paying here . Entries close at midnight on Saturday August 29, with judging taking place on Sunday.

Raffle tickets are still on sale until Saturday at 1pm, at £5 per ticket. A link to pay for raffle tickets is here. The live draw will take place on Facebook.
