Brora's Royal Marine Hotel is bringing the outside in with the re-opening of the hotel's Garden Room following a light refurbishment.

The hotel, which is part of the new Highland Coast Hotels group, has partnered with local florists, Maisie’s Daisies, to add real plants and trellises alongside the plant themed blue and green wallpaper.

The Garden Room menu features fresh dishes and locally sourced ingredients, including local smoked salmon and seafood salads and dishes.

Gail Sutherland, general manager of The Royal Marine Hotel Brora, commented: “We are absolutely thrilled to be opening The Garden Room, to our guests.

"Having been closed since 2019, it is great to see that this space has been transformed so beautifully. The Garden Room provides a really relaxed and comfortable atmosphere – we look forward to welcoming back our guests and to continue to keep up our fantastic reputation for food.”

Pitching itself as the perfect place for families to come together, the restaurant is set to launch brand new children's menu.

It is also reopening with special offers for locals, including 25 per cent off from Mondays to Wednesdays, that will run until the end of August.

The Garden Room is open daily from noon until 8pm.
