WOOD - (Altass) After a long illness, on Monday 15th July, 2019, Leila Kaarina Wood, originally from Finland, passed away at Migdale Hospital, Bonar Bridge. Deeply loved, sorely missed by husband John, sister Irma and family Alex, Niki, Benjamin and Hope, as well as many friends whose friendship over the 17 years in Altass and beyond will always be cherished. Very special thanks to the wonderful staff at Migdale Hospital, doctors at Creich Surgery, staff at Mitchells Chemist, Sarah Crow at Mairi Russell Funeral Services and the incredible long standing compassion of the Rev Hilary Gardner.
