ROSS (Lairg) - The family of the late James Robert Ross (Hamish) would like to thank all his friends, neighbours and his forestry colleagues for their cards and sympathy. Also the Reverend Macaulay for his comforting service and to Alastair Rhind for the professional way he carried out the funeral arrangements. Special thanks are also due to the matron and staff at The Meadows Care Home, Dornoch who looked after him so well for the seven years he spent with them; also the Highland Hotel, Lairg for their catering.
