Sutherland salmon producer Loch Duart has announced a key new appointment to its sales team.
Agnieszka Stoff has been appointed the new sales coordinator, responsible for supplying Highland businesses across the hospitality sector.
Loch Duart, which is based in Scourie and has its own BRC AA+ accredited processing facility in Dingwall, is now able to supply its salmon to local hotels, farm shops, retail outlet, restaurants and other food outlets.
Russell Leslie, Loch Duart’s processing director at Dingwall, said: “We are delighted that Agnieszka Stoff has joined Loch Duart as our new sales coordinator.
“With a focus on our amazing Highland hospitality sector, she will be able to bring them our unrivalled salmon which is normally reserved for the world’s leading chefs.
“Our range of specially prepared products now available includes whole fish, fillets, portions, and loins.”
Loch Duart has also recently reinforced its ongoing commitment to supporting communities in the Highlands and Islands by donating fillets to the Parklands Group local care home.
Joe Greiner, Parklands Group care home manager, said: “The residents and families were delighted with the wonderful generosity of Loch Duart's Dingwall team.
“We served up the salmon at our Mother’s Day lunch, which everyone enjoyed, the quality was exquisite and we can't thank you enough for helping to make the day extra special.”
