Car Wash – Last weekend was a busy one for many of the young people of Melness and Tongue. On Saturday there was a car wash outside Melness Village Hall (the old primary school) to raise funds to help maintain the two church buildings in Tongue and Melness. Several children from the Cool School (Sunday School) of the church joined a group of teenagers from Tongue and Melness Youth Group to wash cars outside, while light refreshments were served inside the hall to the cars' owners as they waited.
