Buddy Holly tribute
Location: Strathpeffer Pavilion
8 pm A.M.PRODUCTIONS presents “RAVE ON”, celebrating the music of Buddy Holly, from “Blue Days” to “True Love Ways”. Marc Robinson, a founder member of Rockin’ On Heaven’s Door, gives you an accurate performance of Buddy Holly and his music, with the Counterfeit Crickets. His attention to detail, including his attire, will have you believing that you’re back in a time when cars had fins and skirts had petticoats.

50 years have gone by since Buddy Holly , The Big Bopper, and Richie Valens left us - Marc Robinson will recreate a night of music to show you that the music has not died! Including songs like “It Doesn’t Matter Anymore”, “Peggy Sue”, “Heartbeat” and “Raining in My Heart”.

Marc Robinson will be joined by Michael King, giving a sensitive performance with his tribute to Billy Fury, featuring songs like “Nothin’ Shakin’”, “Halfway to Paradise” and “Jealousy”.

Marc Robinson will be joined by Michael King, giving a sensitive performance with his tribute to Billy Fury, featuring songs like “Nothin’ Shakin’”, “Halfway to Paradise” and “Jealousy”.
