ROSS Sutherland's U16 rugby team retained the Caledonia Bowl Trophy - which they won for the first time last year - in a hard-fought victory over Ellon RFC. Ross kicked off and set the tone for the first half with close control and driving play by the forwards.

ROSS Sutherland Rugby Club youngsters took part in the Caithness mini rugby festival with over 50 children at mini/micro level. P6/7 Stags were undefeated, winning the final 5-0 against Highland with some terrific running rugby, while p4/5 Wildcats made the final, losing out to a very strong Orkney outfit.
