Kelsey bids for Curtis Cup place

NAIRN Dunbar Golf Club member, Kelsey MacDonald (21), has a big weekend coming up in March when she will get her final chance to convince the Ladies Golf Union International Selection Panel she should be in the 2012 team of eight to face America in the Curtis Cup being played in her home town of Nairn, June 8-10.

The panel have drawn up a squad of 12 candidates to be watched in the presence of GB&I team captain Tegwen Matthews in a three day trial at The Nairn Golf Course from Friday March 23 to Sunday 25th.

On Tuesday March 27th the names of the players and reserves chosen to play against America will be released.
