The campaign for an independent Scotland is due to launch in Sutherland on Saturday.
Yes Scotland is the cross-party campaign for parties, organisations and individuals who believe in an independent Scotland.
Organisers have vowed to stage the "biggest community-based campaign in Scotland's history" in the run-up to the independence referendum, set to take place in 2014.
Local campaigners aim to tell voters that "the people who care most about Scotland are the people that should be running Scotland".
Activists will be encouraging those from all parties and none to sign the “Yes Declaration” and register their support.
The campaign will launch itself at the Sutherland County Show in Dornoch this Saturday.
Campaign co-ordinator, Alex MacLeod, said: “Our message to folk in Sutherland is simple. It is fundamentally better if those who care most about Scotland – the people who live and work here – determine our future.
“This is the biggest community campaign Sutherland has ever seen. Our team of activists from all parties and none, will be knocking every door, and visiting every croft in the county over the next year, as we take our positive message to local people.
“Anyone can get involved – this campaign is for anyone who supports an independent Scotland. We’re all fired-up, and ready to go!”
