The AJG Parcels North of Scotland Cup draw took place at the Tulloch Caledonian Stadium on Friday.
A spokesman said: "There are some cracking ties with the headline being Inverness Caley Thistle v Forres Mechanics – a repeat of last season’s cup final.
"Inverness Caley Thistle ran out 4-3 winners in that one which, like this game, will be played at Mosset Park.
"There are a couple of local humdingers in the North section with Golspie Sutherland hosting Brora and Wick Academy hosting Halkirk United.
"Lossiemouth will be heading to Fort William twice in the space of a week as Kevin Walker starts his term as manager with an away tie. Rothes will host Nairn County in the other match."
The first round ties will take place between July 28th and August 1st 2012.
